But the dashboard only lets you see two nutrients at a time (so you can track calories and protein, for instance) but doesnt show how I’m doing with all three carbs protein fat. Nutracheck was also super easy to use and had accurate food data. Other than this one missing detail, Cronometer is excellent and would be perfect. So I want to see the breakdown of what I’ve eaten in percentages of carbs protein and fat. I’m trying to make each meal balanced, to avoid the bad habit of eating tons of protein one sitting, then eating tons of fat next meal, etc which may lead to perfect macros at the end of the day, but will lead to me being super hungry throughout the day since I wasnt balancing the meals very well. To be fair, it shows how many grams of protein fat carbs you have LEFT to eat for the day, but that’s not how I track macros. Cronometer is SO EASY to use and add food (with accurate info!!!) but it doesnt let me see my ratio of macros. Their engineering team released a statement saying they done fucked up and it will take awhile to fix, so I am trying out other options… IF MFP weren’t having a meltdown, I would like it the best because I can customize the interface to see my ratio of macros (I like to stick to 50% carb, 30% protein, 20% fat per meal during the cut I’m doing), BUT I dislike how many inaccurate food entries there are AND it is so buggy that it is currently unusable (I can’t add food or create recipes). I downloaded Cronometer, Nutracheck, and MyPlate and here are my thoughts:
